“以读带讲”有利于培养学生认真读书的习惯和优良的阅读品质,有利于学生自学能力的提高,最终达到“不需要教”的目的。当然,教者还需要根据学生的认知规律、不同的教学环节和教学要求,采用各种有利于学生学习的的读书形式。漫无目的,不讲形式,即使多读,也收不到好的效果,在检查学生读书的时候,要以鼓励为主,尽量挖掘学生身上的“闪光点”。那么,怎样的“以读为本”的课堂实施策略才是行之有效的呢?
