伴随着近代工农业的发展,水利工程在满足人类社会需求的同时,对生态环境产生一定的破坏,尤其是对河流生态环境的破坏。要想从根本上解决这一现状,就要从源头出发,积极开展生态水利工程建设,在保持水利工程原有的功能前提下,有效提高水利工程建设的生态性和科学性,实现生态环境和现代经济的可持续发展。文章对水利设计中的生态理念的应用进行了分析探讨。
