赵庄位于渑池县南大岭果元乡,全村1064人,耕地3896亩,95%是旱地,只有少量水浇地。由于机渠不配套,而且很少利用,是渑池县有名的小麦低产村之一。据资料,小麦亩产五十年代30多公斤,六十年代40公斤,七十年代160公斤左右,1973年亩产最低为45.3公斤,1976年亩产最高为65.5公斤。土地实行承包以后,小麦产量有了新的发展.据村委会1980～1982年统计,三年平均亩产80公斤,人均生产小麦117公斤。
Zhaozhuang is located in Nao Ling Yuan Township, Mudan County, with 1064 village residents, 3896 mu of arable land, 95% of dry land and only a small amount of irrigated land. Due to the lack of facilities, and rarely utilized, it is one of the well-known wheat low-yielding villages in Mianchi County. According to statistics, wheat is more than 30 kilograms per mu in the 1950s, 40 kilos in the 1960s and 160 kilos in the 1970s. The lowest per mu yield in 1973 was 45.3 kilograms and the maximum per mu yield in 1976 was 65.5 kilograms. According to the statistics of the village committee from 1980 to 1982, the average yield per mu of 80 kilos in three years and the average output of 117 kilos of wheat per capita were reached after the land contract was implemented.
