无铬7号钢是根据我国资源特点试制成的不含铬和镍的大口径锅炉钢管用的新型低合金热强钢。目前鞍山钢铁公司、包头钢铁厂和成都六五厂等单位都已生产此种钢管,并在某些大型电站锅炉上已被采用。72年11月北京热电厂六号炉(220吨/时)上两根蒸汽导管(φ133×10毫米)采用无铬7号钢后运行情况良好;最近我厂生产的400吨/时锅炉上部分蒸汽导管采用无铬7号钢,现在已安装在上海闵行发电厂。
Chromium-free steel 7 is a new type of low-alloy hot-rolled steel for large-diameter boiler tubes without chromium and nickel based on the characteristics of our resources. At present, Anshan Iron and Steel Company, Baotou Iron and Steel Plant and Chengdu 六五厂 and other units have produced such steel pipe, and in some large power plant boilers have been adopted. In November 2002, two steam ducts (φ133 × 10 mm) on No.6 furnace (220 t / h) in Beijing Thermal Power Plant operated well with chromium-free 7-gauge steel. Recently, the 400-ton / Catheter with chromium-free 7 steel, now installed in Shanghai Minhang Power Plant.
