滑坡是水利水电、铁路和交通等建设中经常遇到的物理地质现象,因而是工程地质调查的主要问题之一。建筑物的施工开挖阶段,特别是开挖截断了平行斜坡的软弱结构面的坡脚时,将形成如路堑边坡的长期不稳定条件和大坝基坑边坡的暂时不稳定条件。无论是哪种不稳定边坡,对于它们的状态及其发展都要有一个正确地予测,否则,不是盲目躲避,就是因没有及时采取措施,给工程带来严重的后果,甚至更改设计。
Landslide is a physical and geological phenomenon often encountered in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower, railways and traffic and is therefore one of the major problems in engineering geological survey. During the construction and excavation stage of a building, especially when excavating and cutting off the slope foot of a weak structural plane with parallel slopes, long-term unstable conditions such as cutting slope and temporary unstable conditions of the foundation pit slope will be formed. No matter what kind of unstable slope, their status and its development should be correctly predicted. Otherwise, it is not blindly avoided. That is, it is because no timely measures have brought serious consequences to the project or even changed the design.
