科技企业是推动技术创新的重要力量,对于促进经济方式转变、培育和发展战略性新兴产业等具有重要的作用。目前,北京地区科技企业尤其是科技型中小企业发展较为迅速,已经成为推动全市经济社会发展的重要力量。然而融资问题是制约北京地区科技企业创新发展的重要因素之一,如何在科技金融快速发展背景下利用多层次资本市场来发展科技型企业,已经成为北京地区科技企业迫切需要解决的问题。
S & T enterprises are an important force in promoting technological innovation and play an important role in promoting the transformation of economic modes and fostering and developing strategic emerging industries. At present, the rapid development of science and technology enterprises in Beijing, especially small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, has become an important force in promoting the economic and social development of the city. However, the issue of financing is one of the important factors restricting the innovation and development of science and technology enterprises in Beijing. How to develop science and technology enterprises by using multi-level capital markets in the rapid development of science and technology has become a pressing issue for science and technology enterprises in Beijing.
