国家技术监督局于1988年9月25～30日在新疆乌鲁木齐石油化工总厂主持召开了中国标准柴油样品鉴定会。参加会议的有中国石化总公司、石油化工科学研究院、上海内燃机研究所、西安交通大学、第二汽车厂、常州柴油机厂、上海柴油机厂、铁道科学研究院等27个单位的46名代表。国家标准柴油是由石油化工科学研究院、上海内燃机研究所和乌鲁木齐石油化工总厂联合研制的。它的主要性能指标与欧洲经济共同体的标准柴油和美国的D-2柴油性能指标相同或相近,可以等效使用。国家技术监督局将会同中国石油化工总公司和机械电子工业部共同发文,要求在今后全国各种柴油机鉴定、验收、分等、分级、创优、评比、交货、
State Bureau of Technical Supervision in September 1988 September 25 to 30 in Xinjiang Urumqi Petrochemical Plant presided over the China standard diesel sample appraisal meeting. The meeting included 46 representatives from 27 units including China Petrochemical Corporation, Institute of Petrochemical Technology, Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, Xi’an Jiaotong University, No. 2 Automobile Factory, Changzhou Diesel Engine Factory, Shanghai Diesel Engine Factory and Railway Science Research Institute. National standard diesel is petrochemical research institute, Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute and Urumqi Petrochemical Plant jointly developed. Its key performance indicators are the same as or similar to those of the EEC standard diesel and the U.S. D-2 diesel, which can be used equivalently. State Bureau of Technical Supervision will jointly issue a document with China Petrochemical Corporation and the Ministry of Machinery and Electronic Industry, requiring all diesel engines in the country to be identified, checked, classified, graded, created, rated, delivered,
