在全面推进低碳经济的过程中,如何构建出科学、有效的评价体系,以综合反映区域低碳经济的发展效率、效果,及时修正区域低碳经济的战略途径,是亟待突破的一个重点问题。本文利用2010年湖北省12个城市的统计数据资料,采用因子分析法对其低碳经济发展水平基本情况进行实证分析,进而得到了影响以上城市低碳经济发展水平的主因子和低碳经济发展水平的综合排名。
