目的评估电视腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法对子宫内膜异位症59例患者行电视腹腔镜下手术。结果术后随访59例子宫内膜异位症患者,其中34例原有痛经者,23例痛经消失或明显缓解,2例改善不明显,9例行囊肿剥除术者无子宫内膜异位囊肿复发,子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症者25例中17例妊娠。结论腹腔镜下手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效显著,具有其他治疗无法替代的优越性。
Objective To assess the effect of laparoscopic surgery on endometriosis. Methods Fifty-nine patients with endometriosis underwent laparoscopic surgery. Results 59 cases of endometriosis were followed up, of which 34 cases of dysmenorrhea, 23 cases of dysmenorrhea disappeared or significantly alleviated, 2 cases of improvement was not obvious, 9 cases of cyst extirpation without endometriosis Cyst recurrence, endometriosis with infertility 25 cases in 17 cases of pregnancy. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of endometriosis has a significant effect, with the other treatment can not be replaced by the superiority.
