2009年12月3日,由科学技术部、中国科学院、国家自然科学基金委员会共同主办的首届“中国科研信息化论坛”在北京召开,中国科学院副院长江绵恒应邀作了“把握时代新特征、推进科研信息化”的主旨报告,对科研信息化问题及我国尤其是中国科学院在科研信息化方面的发展现状做了深刻全面的阐述。现根据讲演录音将报告整理转载于此,与读者分享。
