本文就vWF、蛋白水解酶和生物膜等调节FⅧ活性作一文献综述。vWF保护FⅧ并直接影响其活性,FⅧ和vWF的氨基酸结构决定了它们之间的相互作用。蛋白水解酶通过裂解FⅧ特定区域而使FⅧ活化或失活。与血小板膜上的磷脂结合则是FⅧ活化所必需的。
In this paper, vWF, proteolytic enzymes and biofilms to regulate FⅧ activity for a literature review. vWF protects FⅧ and directly affects its activity. The amino acid structures of FⅧ and vWF determine the interaction between them. Proteolytic enzymes activate or inactivate FⅧ by cleaving a specific region of FⅧ. Binding with the phospholipids on the platelet membrane is necessary for FⅧ activation.
