目的改进乙酰阿魏酸苯丙醇酯的合成工艺。方法以N,N-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)和4-二甲胺基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,以乙酰阿魏酸和1-苯丙醇(又名利胆醇)在室温下制备乙酰阿魏酸苯丙醇酯。结果该方法反应条件比较温和,均可合成乙酰阿魏酸苯丙醇酯,DCC/DMAP法反应3h,产率73.4%。结论以DCC/DMAP法合成乙酰阿魏酸苯丙醇酯,反应时间更短、收率更高。
Objective To improve the synthesis of acetyl ferulic acid phenylpropanol ester. METHODS: N, N-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) and 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) were used as catalysts and aceto ferulate and 1-phenylpropanol Under the preparation of acetyl ferulic acid phenylpropanol ester. Results The reaction conditions of this method were relatively mild. Phenylalaceyl ferulate could be synthesized. The reaction was carried out by DCC / DMAP for 3 h with a yield of 73.4%. Conclusion The synthesis of phenylpropyl ferulic acid phenyl ester by DCC / DMAP has shorter reaction time and higher yield.
