电子商务将成为21世纪信息世界的重要内容,也是计算机网络应用的发展方向,这一趋势已成为整个社会的共识,引起各界人士的广泛关注。电子商务不仅会改变人们的购物方式,还将带来一场技术革命,其影响远远超过商务本身,对社会的生产、管理,人们的生活、就业,对政府职能、法律制度以及教育文化都将产生巨大影响。随着我国加入 WTO,“全球电子商务”与“WTO 中国”这两大机遇和挑战也摆在了我们面前。“十五”计划提出“大力推进国民经济和社会信息化,是覆盖现代化建设全局的战略举措。以信息化带动工业化,发展后发优势,实现社会生产力的跨越式发展。”为了推进数字信息技术的广泛应用,增强为国民经济和社会信息化服务的能力,近日百余名专家学者和企业界人士在京召开了电子商务展望会议,大会就电子政务的发展、网络金融的特点、企业信息化建设、传统物流与电子商务的结合、宽带与数字生活、未来电子商务的发展等问题进行了研讨,为我国21世纪电子商务的发展描绘出崭新的前景。
