中国社会科学院民族研究所史金波新著《西夏文化》,由吉林教育出版社出版了。这是作者多年西夏研究的结晶,是我国系统地研究西夏文化的第一部专著。 西夏是我国中世纪西北地区的一个少数民族政权。西夏文化具有浓郁的民族特点和较高的发展水平,是我国古代历史文化的有机组成部分,丰富了中华民族的文化宝库。但是,由于种种原因,我国的西夏学研究较之其它学科,迄今还属于比较薄弱的环节,而西夏文化又是西夏学研究中一块比较荒芜寂寥的园地。西夏学兴起之时,中外学者主要集中于西夏语言文字方面的研究;六十年代以来,学者们的研究重心渐渐转移到西夏历史,然而重点又是
