信息无障碍是中国人的大事,也是全人类关心的大事。为了更好的建造和谐会,我们更应该关注残障、老年等弱势群体。他们同样有获取信息、获得平等的教育和就业机会的权利。知识是人类进步的阶梯,残疾人比正常人更需要接受知识信息的环境,更需要交流、沟通和精神帮助来克服比残疾更可怕的孤独和心理障碍。对残疾人的关注不应该仪仅停留在生活上,他们其实更需要精神上的关爱。知识信息能够帮助残疾人积累生存的技能,使残疾人自立自强,依靠自身努力改变不幸的命运,为此我们也集成了国内外一些现有成熟技术,提出专
Access to information is a major event for the Chinese people as well as a major concern for all humanity. In order to better build a harmonious society, we should pay more attention to disadvantaged groups such as handicapped and elderly people. They also have the right to access information, equal access to education and employment. Knowledge is the ladder of progress in human beings. People with disabilities need to receive an environment of knowledge and information more than normal people. They need more exchanges, communication and spiritual help to overcome the lonely and psychological obstacles that are more terrible than disability. Concerns for people with disabilities should not be limited to life, they actually need more spiritual care. Knowledge and information can help people with disabilities to accumulate skills for survival, enable disabled people to become self-reliant and rely on their own efforts to change their unlucky destiny. To this end, we also integrate some existing mature technologies both at home and abroad,
