我院自1988年5月以来采用苏州医疗器械厂生产的YD—5型轻便造热电凝器,对鼻中隔前下部反复性鼻出血病人行粘膜表面透热电凝治疗,报告如下。临床资料 观察对象60例,其中右侧26例,左侧31例,双侧3例;男性38例,女性22例;年龄最小7岁,最大72岁,20～40岁占多数。均为鼻中隔前下部粘膜反复出血,经其他方法治疗无效.治疗方法 病人取坐位或半卧位,术者与患者相对而坐.1％地卡因麻黄素棉片贴附在鼻中隔粘膜出血区.并压迫止血.数分钟更换一次,至出血停止取下棉片,把浸有生理盐水纱布的铅板垫贴于腮部。选择好适
