目的 探讨优质护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量及满意度的影响。方法 选取本院收治的94例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象，时间为2018年7月至2019年7月，根据随机抽签法将患者分为对照组与观察组，每组47例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施优质护理，比较两组患者护理前后肺功能、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组FVC、FEV1 水平分别为（3.36±0.64）L、（2.77±0.83）L，均高于对照组的（2.99±0.39）L、（1.95±0.45）L，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。观察“,”Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research object. According to the random lottery method， the patients were divided into control group and observation group， with 47 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received high-quality nursing. The pulmonary function， quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results After nursing， the levels of FVC and FEV1 in the observation group were (3.36±0.64) L and (2.77±0.83) L respectively， which were significantly higher than those in the control group (2.99±0.39) L and (1.95±0.45) L， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function， mental health， physical pain， emotional function， social function， physiological function， vitality and overall health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.87%， which was higher than 80.85% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing interventions for COPD during the treatment period can effectively improve the lung function of the patients， and at the same time have a significant effect on the quality of life of the patients. It is also conducive to the improvement of the quality of nursing services in the department， and patients are more satisfied with the nursing services， has the value of promotion and application.
