运用访谈法对锦州市8位有代表性的中小学校长做了访谈研究,旨在了解中小学校长在职培训现状及其存在的问题,为改进校长在职培训工作提供依据。研究结果表明:受时间、经费的制约,中小学校长参加培训的积极性受到限制;所有受访者都认为在职培训对实际工作起到了积极作用,但作用的大小差异较大;他们期望通过培训获得前沿性、针对性的信息;同时希望精简与改革单向的讲座,增加双向互动;他们心目中理想的培训者应该是,既有深厚的学养,又有丰厚的经验。
Interview method was used to interview 8 representative primary and secondary school principals in Jinzhou to understand the status quo and problems of on-the-job training for primary and secondary school principals, and to provide basis for improving on-the-job training for principals. The results show that: due to time and funds constraints, primary and secondary school principals to participate in the training of motivation is limited; all respondents believe that on-the-job training has played a positive role in the actual work, but the role of large differences in the size; they expect to get through training Cutting-edge and targeted information. At the same time, we hope to streamline and reform one-way lectures and increase two-way interaction. The ideal trainers in their minds should be both experienced and rich in experience.
