钢的表面化学处理是一种新发展起来的工艺。钢零件经过表面化学热处理(如软氮化、渗硼、渗钒等),获得许多优良性能,如高硬度、高耐磨性、良好的红硬性、抗胶合性和耐酸碱腐蚀等,因而得到了国内外的普遍重视。我厂生产的精滤壳零件,是在J 36-250型通用宽台面压机上二工位连续拉仲成形。该压机的行程为400毫米,17次/分,比在油压机上单工序生产提高效率10倍。但该压机滑块速度较大,拉伸时最大速度可达360毫米/秒(相当于零件拉伸的极限速度)。这样凹模受冲击载荷大,加之第一工序拉出的零件没有冷
