目的:分析医药药剂管理中存在的问题,探讨合理管理对策,促使临床合理用药水平提高。方法:选取2014年9月至2015年3月期间,我院西药药剂处方1864张,再选取2015年6月至2016年12月期间,我院西药药剂处方1921张。回顾分析所有患者临床治疗并进行统计。结果:建立完善的医药药剂管理制度后,西药临床用药合理率明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在医院西药药剂管理中,完善药剂管理制度,定期对管理人员与院内工作人员开展专业知识培训,能有效改善临床合理用药水平,促使院内工作高效、有序的开展,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the existing problems in the management of pharmaceutical agents, to explore reasonable management strategies and to promote the rational use of clinical medicines. Methods: From September 2014 to March 2015, 1864 prescriptions of western medicine in our hospital were selected, and 1921 prescriptions of western medicine in our hospital were selected from June 2015 to December 2016. Retrospective analysis of all patients with clinical treatment and statistics. Results: After the establishment of a sound management system for pharmaceutical preparations, the reasonable rate of clinical administration of western medicines was significantly higher than that of the control group with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the pharmacy administration of western medicine, the pharmacy management system should be perfected, the professional knowledge training should be carried out to the managers and hospital staff on a regular basis, which can effectively improve the level of clinical reasonable medication and promote the efficient and orderly work in the hospital, which deserved to be popularized and applied.
