本文介绍了不研磨超薄透镜剥离、预浸、清洗、烘干自动生产线所采用的具有PID参数自整定、传感器误差补偿、短路与断路指示、温度超限报警、加热器断线报警等功能的智能PID调节技术。由此控制可控硅的导通角,通过改变所选定的周期内的通断电占空比,调整加热功率,实现生产线温度的精确控制。实际表明,这种方法完全满足了超薄透镜及其玻璃模组在生产线上对各区温度的严格要求。
This paper introduces the functions of self-tuning with PID parameters, sensor error compensation, short-circuit and open-circuit indication, temperature over-limit alarm, heater break alarm and so on, Intelligent PID regulation technology. Thereby controlling the conduction angle of the thyristor, by changing the cycle of the selected power-on duty cycle, adjust the heating power, to achieve precise control of the production line temperature. The actual shows that this method fully meet the ultra-thin lenses and glass modules in the production line on the district temperature of the strict requirements.
