本文阐明《马格尼季托夫-比斯》矿井在复杂工程地质条件下建筑箕斗破碎峒室的施工经验。《马格尼季托夫-比斯》矿井是乌拉尔矿区大型矿井之一。在建设该矿井时,为了把+30米和-50米水平回采的矿石在箕斗提升前进行破碎,在-50米水平上进行了破碎峒室的建筑。+30米水平的矿石通过专门的溜井放到破碎机内,而-50米水平的矿石装在10吨的自卸矿车直接卸到破碎机內。此种矿车以后要改为25吨的。
This article illustrates the construction experience of the “Magnitivit-Bis” mine under the conditions of complex engineering geological conditions for the construction of the broken bucket hopper. The Magnitivts-Bisis mine is one of the major mines in the Ural mining area. During the construction of the mine, the crushing chamber was constructed at a level of -50 meters in order to crush the ore that was recovered at levels of +30 and -50 meters before the skip upgrade. +30 meters of ore through a special slip into the crusher, while the level of 50-m ore loaded in the 10-ton dump truck unloaded directly into the crusher. This kind of car will be changed to 25 tons later.
