八年级是物理学科开始学习的起始点,更是一个关键点,无论是老师还是学生都要从心理上重视。在如今素质教育的改革大潮中,作为物理教师,则更应该积极探索以适应新教材的改革、社会的需要。激励是指激发人的动机的心理过程,通过激励使人在某种内部或外部刺激的影响下,始终维持在一个兴奋的、积极状态之中。激励性教育是指:用激励性语言、行动去触动心灵的心理教育。其宗旨是以“情”为主体,感化或促进提高。笔者通过实践、反复调整、修正,最后总结出以下几个方面。
The eighth grade is the starting point for the study of physics, and it is a key point. Both teachers and students must pay attention to it. In the current tide of reform of quality education, as a physics teacher, it is even more necessary to actively explore new textbook adaptations and social needs. Incentives refer to the psychological process of stimulating people’s motives. Through stimulation, people are always maintained in an excited and active state under the influence of certain internal or external stimuli. Incentive education refers to the use of motivational language and action to touch the psychological education of the mind. Its purpose is to use “emotion” as the main body to influence or promote improvement. The author through practice, repeated adjustments, amendments, and finally summed up the following aspects.
