城市的绿地是其紧急避灾的重要场所,除了拥有美化环境、娱乐休闲、科学教育等基本功能,它们的防灾、避灾以及救灾的作用也是不能被忽视的。以上海杨浦主城区有紧急避灾要求的绿地公园为研究对象,在分析城区绿地目前开发状态的基础上,采用层次分析法进行指标评价,应用模糊综合评价法进行其适宜性的评价分析,对杨浦主城区的绿地避灾情况进行定量分析,从而提出城市绿地现状的建设条件改善对策。
Urban green space is an important place for its emergency shelter. Besides its basic functions of beautifying the environment, entertainment and leisure, and science education, their role in disaster prevention, disaster prevention and disaster relief can not be ignored. Based on the analysis of the development status of green space in urban area, the AHP was used to evaluate the indicators and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the suitability of the green space.
