一、做好党员教育工作是实现党在新时期历史任务的重要保证以邓小平同志视察南方重要谈话和党的十四大为标志,我国改革开放和现代化建设进入了蓬勃发展的新阶段。党的十四届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,为全面深化经济体制改革提出了明确的目标和行动纲领。我们要认真贯彻党的十四大和十四届三中全会精神,坚定不移地全面执行党的基本路线,抓住机遇,深化改革,扩大开放,促进发展,保持稳定,通过全国各族人民共同奋斗,到本世纪末初步建立起社会主义市场经济体制,实现人民生活达到小康水平。这是建设有中国特色社会主义分“三步走”
I.
