1995年6月～1997年8月我们进行了磷霉素治疗急性菌病的前瞻性研究，取得了满意的效果，现报告如下。临床资料一、对象经大便培养确诊的福氏志贺菌痢患儿238例，其中男156例，女82例，年龄50d～13a。＜2a64例，～4a85例，～6a35例，～13a54例。随机分为观察组138例和对照组100例
