介绍了轻压下技术的作用机理及工艺过程,分析了压下量对铸坯中心偏析及铸坯凝固组织的影响。发现轻压下是先解决两边的偏析问题,最后才是中心区域;在没有超过最大压下量以前,随压下量增大中心偏析程度减小。
The mechanism and technological process of the soft reduction technology are introduced. The influence of the reduction on segregation of the slab and the solidified structure of the slab are analyzed. Found under mild pressure is the first to solve the problem of segregation on both sides, and finally is the center of the region; before not exceeding the maximum reduction before, with the reduction of the amount of reduced center segregation.
