本文论述了在原版外文期刊涨价幅度惊人,而购书经费又有限的情况下,为了保证高校教学和科研所必需的期刊品种,司法部部属政法院校之间开展了对部分价格昂贵的原版外文期刊实现资源共享。几年来的实践证明,利用缩微技术实现原版外刊的资源共享是很有必要的。而缩微技术又是实现资源共享的重要手段。
This article discusses the price increases in the original foreign language magazines amazing, and limited funds to purchase books, in order to ensure that colleges and universities teaching and research necessary journal varieties, the Ministry of Justice between the political and legal institutions carried out on the part of the expensive original foreign language Periodicals to achieve resource sharing. Practice over the past few years has proved that the use of microfilm technology to achieve the original foreign resources sharing is necessary. The micro-technology is an important means to achieve resource sharing.
