材料之于写文章的重要性不言而喻,其同指挥兵马作战或资源配置管理有相似之处,没有兵马,无以言指挥;资源匮乏,肯定捉襟见肘。但有兵马、有资源,能不能调度好、配置好,这又是另一码事。材料的处理也有个效率问题:有的人调度乏力,故十不抵一;有的人知识、信息同样多,但善于调度,故以一当十。换言之,在同等条件下,有人可以使一分知识释放出十分能量,有人坐拥书城、博闻强记,却很难转化为文化的生产力。这就是才能的差异。 之所以强调调度,是因为查阅和使用材料总是
The importance of material in writing articles is self-evident. It has similarities with commanders and soldiers or with the allocation of resources. There is no military command and no direct command; resources are scarce and certainly stretched. However, there are soldiers and horses, resources, can be scheduled, configured, this is another story. There is also an efficiency issue with material handling: some people have poor schedules, so they do not reach one level.
