资产评估是随着我国经济体制改革而产生并逐步发展壮大的中介服务行业,在建设我国社会主义市场经济体制的过程中发挥着重要作用。随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济的深入发展,评估行业也得到了快速发展,执业队伍不断扩大,评估执业准则和管理制度不断完善,服务领域和对象不断拓宽,国际间评估业务的交流与合作进一步加强,已经形成市场经济建设中不可缺少的一支重要力量。在充分认识资产评估行业重要性的同时,不能忽略当前资产评估行业发展中存在的一些问题,应尽快为资产评估行业进行合理定位。资产评估在市场经济中有着不可替代的作用,应树立全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观,充分发挥资产评估的作用。下面就有关问题谈一些粗略的看法。
