AH-348A属于高锰型焊剂(含MnO超过30%)。用高锰型焊剂焊接低碳钢时,一般采用CB-08或CB-08A焊丝;也可以采用CB-08,CB-08A或CB-15等锰钢焊丝来焊接其他牌号的钢材。高锰型焊剂具有很好的工艺性能——不会引起焊缝金属的热裂缝和表面氧化等现象。我厂在自动焊及半自动焊接中广泛使用这种焊剂焊接C_(T.3)和C_(T.20)K等钢材,目前也暂时用于电渣焊中。过去我厂使用的焊剂都是由苏联进口。为了满足生产上的需要,我们进行了熔煉AH-348A焊剂的试验,在取得满意的结果以后,正式投入小批生产。我厂生产AH-348A焊剂是在可倾斜式单相电弧炉中熔煉的(图1)。电炉炉体可向前倾斜45°,向后倾斜30°。
AH-348A is a high-manganese flux (containing more than 30% MnO). When welding low-carbon steel with high-manganese flux, CB-08 or CB-08A welding wire is generally used. Manganese steel wire such as CB-08, CB-08A or CB-15 can also be used to weld other grades of steel. High manganese flux has good process performance - will not cause the weld metal hot cracks and surface oxidation and so on. I plant widely used in automatic welding and semi-automatic welding of this welding flux C_ (T.3) and C_ (T.20) K and other steel, is also temporarily used in electroslag welding. In the past, the flux used by our factory was imported by the Soviet Union. In order to meet the needs of production, we conducted a trial of smelting AH-348A flux and formally put into small batch production after satisfactory results were obtained. AH-348A flux produced by our factory is smelted in a tiltable single-phase electric arc furnace (Figure 1). Furnace body can be tilted forward 45 °, tilted back 30 °.
