目的探讨高温环境和常用3种消毒剂对人体蠕形螨的体外杀灭作用,为螨虫病的有效防治和干预措施提供可靠依据。方法采用挤压刮试法获取螨虫,置于不同的环境条件中,观察其存活情况。结果常用3种消毒剂中8小时的死亡率,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(x2=59.52,P<0.01);其中75%医用酒精组与1%新洁尔灭组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=21.62,P<0.01);而1%新洁尔灭组与70%甘油组比较,差异无统计学意义(x2=1.20,P>0.05)。结论75%医用酒精对蠕形螨有杀灭作用;蠕形螨不耐高温,45℃不利于生存,55℃可致死,60℃为灭螨的最佳有效温度。采用高温灭螨法是目前既简便、快捷,又经济、有效的防制和干预措施。
Objective To investigate the in vitro killing effect of three kinds of disinfectants on human Demodex in high temperature environment and provide a reliable basis for effective prevention and intervention of mite diseases. Methods The scrape was used to obtain mites, placed in different environmental conditions and observed their survival. Results The 8-hour mortality rate of the 3 disinfectants was statistically significant (x2 = 59.52, P <0.01). Among the 75% alcohol group and 1% benzalkonium bromide group, the difference was statistically significant Significance (x2 = 21.62, P <0.01). There was no significant difference between 1% benzalkonium bromide group and 70% glycerol group (x2 = 1.20, P> 0.05). Conclusion 75% medicinal alcohol can kill Demodex; Demodex does not tolerate high temperature, 45 ℃ is not conducive to survival, 55 ℃ can be lethal and 60 ℃ is the best effective temperature to kill mite. The use of high temperature off mites method is currently simple, fast, economical and effective control and intervention.
