箱式萃取槽容易由实验放大,可靠程度高,在液—液萃取中被广泛采用。但是由操作人员调节重相阀门控制澄清室界面的操作烦琐,熟练者也难于掌握各级间的流量平衡而使界面稳定,因此国内外均采用各种形式的连通器装置使界面实现自控。这不仅大大简化了操作,而且由于流量均衡减少了两相夹带,降低有价金属损失,改善了操作指标。
Box-type extraction tank easily enlarged by experiment, high reliability, is widely used in liquid-liquid extraction. However, it is cumbersome for the operator to adjust the operation of the heavy-phase valve to control the interface of the clarification room. It is also difficult for a skilled person to master the flow balance between the various levels to stabilize the interface. Therefore, various forms of communication devices are used at home and abroad to make the interface self-controlled. This not only greatly simplifies the operation, but also reduces the valuable metal loss and improves the operation index because the flow balance reduces the entrainment of two phases.
