建国以来,我区植树造林取得了很大成绩,人工林面积由七千亩增加到一百九十多万亩。但是,造林保存面积不到原造面积的三分之一,造的多,成活少,成林、成材更少,这是多年来的老大难问题,提高造林质量,己成为当前和今后几年内林业工作的重点之一。为了提高我区造林质量,加速防护林体系的建设,保证成活、成林,必须开展以“水”为中心的造林技术改革。
