目的观察炎琥宁注射液治疗秋季腹泻的治疗效果。方法秋季腹泻患儿132例随机分为两组,两组均给予补液等常规治疗,对照组68例应用利巴韦林抗病毒;治疗组64例应用炎琥宁注射液抗病毒。比较总有效率及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率92.2%,对照组79.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.37,P<0.05),无不良反应。结论炎琥宁注射液治疗秋季腹泻安全、有效,无不良反应。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yanhuning injection in the treatment of autumn diarrhea. Methods A total of 132 children with autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were given routine treatment such as rehydration. In the control group, 68 cases were treated with ribavirin antiviral therapy. The treatment group was given antiviral therapy with 64 cases. Compare the total efficiency and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 92.2% in the treatment group and 79.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.37, P <0.05), no adverse reactions. Conclusion Yanhuning injection for the treatment of autumn diarrhea is safe, effective and no adverse reactions.
