最近,有的地方政府把企业家视若全能,不单让他们担任本企业的领导,还给他们以诸如某乡长、某镇长、某学会会长、某理事会董事长等职。官如英雄胸前徽章,一个又一个,使一个本来就累得喘不过气的企业家如牛负重,步履艰难。这样做,看似领导重视,实则是拆企业家的台,使他们不能全身心的投入本职工作。一个企业的厂长、经理,领导一个企业,因管理有方,使企业在一个短时期内扭亏增盈,或者使一个死气沉沉的企业焕发生机,其事迹被领导所看重,
Recently, some local governments treat entrepreneurs as if they are all-powerful.
