江汉油田的地层比较复杂,主要是倾角大,岩性软硬的变化频繁,夹层多,盐层厚,所以在本地区钻井时井眼极易偏斜。为解决井斜问题,我们曾先后试用过钟摆钻具、填满钻具、塔式钻具和“火箭筒”等,但见效不大。为了把井打直打快,加速三线的油田建设,我们从1971年年底起,先后在11口井的易斜井段试验和使用偏重钻铤(共钻进8901.29米),获得了较好的效果。现将今年在4口井上(×13—8井、×80井、×63井和×73井)试验偏重钻铤的情况简介如下。
The stratum of Jianghan Oilfield is relatively complicated, mainly including large dip angle, frequent changes of hard and soft lithology, multiple interbeds and thick salt layers. Therefore, the borehole can be easily deflected when drilling in this area. In order to solve the problem of inclination, we have tried the pendulum drill to fill up the drilling tools, tower drilling tools and “rocket launchers”, but with little effect. In order to make the well go straight and speed up the construction of the third-line oilfield, we started from the end of 1971 and tested in the inclined section of 11 wells and used the partial drill collar (a total of 8901.29 m) to obtain a better effect. Nowadays, we will introduce the drill collar partially biased in four wells (× 13-8 wells, × 80 wells, × 63 wells and × 73 wells) this year.
