目的编制适合操作及推广的2型糖尿病健康测评问卷,并应用2型糖尿病定向管理软件中。方法通过文献检索梳理2型糖尿病健康知识点,包含疾病认知、疾病诊断、疾病治疗、并发症及预后、饮食、运动共6部分,结合临床专家意见对条目进行筛选形成调查问卷备选条目池,开展问卷调查,测量调查问卷各项目同总分相关性、因子载荷、区分度。结果通过研究共筛选出20项糖尿病健康知识测评条目,各条目区分度均较好,同时符合专家临床需求。结论 2型糖尿病健康测评问卷能够比较稳定的反应患者健康知识水平,同时为医院开展健教工作提供教学及考评依据。
Objective To prepare a type 2 diabetes mellitus health assessment questionnaire suitable for operation and promotion and apply type 2 diabetes oriented management software. Methods The health knowledge points of type 2 diabetes were collected through literature search, including 6 parts: disease cognition, disease diagnosis, disease treatment, complications and prognosis, diet and exercise. The items were screened by clinical experts to form a pool of questionnaires , To carry out a questionnaire survey to measure the questionnaire items with the total score relevance, factor load, degree of differentiation. Results A total of 20 diabetes health knowledge assessment items were screened out through research. The items were well differentiated and meet the clinical needs of experts. Conclusion The type 2 diabetes health assessment questionnaire can provide a stable response to patients’ health knowledge and provide teaching and assessment basis for the hospital to carry out health education.
