同志们:这次会议的中心议题和主要任务是:传达和落实总院1994年函授工作会议精神,总结交流去年工作会议精神的贯彻落实情况,明确认识党校函授面临的形势和任务,研究全面深入地推进党校函授改革的对策和措施。这次会议的指导思想是:进一步解放思想,深化教学改革,强化管理,加强基础工作,全面提高办学质量,为把我分院办成全国第一流的干部在职教育实体而奋斗。现在,我就函授工作一年来我们的成绩和当前存在的问题,以及下一步改革的设想,做如下报告,请会议讨论。
Comrades: The central issue and the main tasks of this meeting are: to convey and implement the spirit of the 1994 General Assembly Working Party on Correspondence, to sum up the implementation of the spirit of last year’s working conference, to clearly understand the situation and tasks confronting the school’s correspondence, and to make a comprehensive and in-depth study Countermeasures and Measures to Promote Correspondence Reform in Party School. The guiding ideology of this meeting is to further emancipate the mind, deepen the teaching reform, strengthen management, strengthen basic work, improve the quality of running schools in an all-round way, and strive for turning our branch into a national first-class cadre serving education entity. Let me now give a briefing on the achievements and current problems in the past year as well as the ideas for the next step of the reform.
