一、前言近年来,为了节约能源和简化生产工艺,在铝加工方面,曾采用热顶铸造方法来生产细直径的SHOTIC*,并用这种铸棒直接进行锻造,其制品性能与采用一次挤压棒材锻造的结果完全相同。在变形镁合金生产中,能否用铸造毛坯直接进行锻造,是国内外合金工作者皆为重视的课题。本试验研究表明,在Mg—Zn—*SHOTIC—美国、日本的一种铝合金铸棒名称。
I. INTRODUCTION In recent years, in order to save energy and simplify the production process, in the aspect of aluminum processing, the hot-top casting method has been used to produce the thin-diameter SHOTIC * and forged directly with this casting rod, Bar forging results are exactly the same. In the deformation of magnesium alloy production, the casting can be cast directly forging, alloy workers at home and abroad are all the subject of attention. This experimental study shows that in the Mg-Zn- * SHOTIC- the United States, Japan, an aluminum alloy cast rod name.
