美国涉枪暴力案件现状美国暴力犯罪突出,居世界之首。犯罪分子持枪杀人、强奸、抢劫、伤害案件比比皆是,屡见不鲜。据1994年美国联邦调查局统计的犯罪记录披露:美国每17秒钟就发生一起暴力犯罪,其中,每23秒钟发生一起凶杀案件,每5分钟发生一起暴力强奸案件,每5秒钟发生一起抢劫案件,每28秒钟发生一起严重伤害案件。美国平均一年发生持枪杀人案件约有1.35万起,作案时,大部分犯罪分子使用的都是手枪。其它涉枪暴力犯罪(如持枪强奸、抢劫、严重伤害)一年约有100万起。每年每1000人中(12岁以上)就有4.5人持枪犯罪,在全部的杀人案件中有56％的案件是涉枪杀人案件;每8起非致命性暴力犯罪中(如强奸、抢劫、严重伤害)就有1起是涉枪案件;每年约有2.1万人因枪受害;美国平均每年约有1.2万
