本文对静脉注射甘露醇后引起脑压“反跳”现象进行了初步探讨,结果表明:颅内高压病人(肝、肾功能正常)静注甘露醇后可以引起脑压“反跳”现象,其动力学变化符合二房室模型,说明除中央室外还存在着外周室。动物试验证实甘露醇可以透过血脑屏障进入外周室脑脊液中,脑脊液中甘露醇的排出比血清中慢得多,从而造成脑脊液渗透压增高,引起脑压增高。
