在目前热加工生产中,广泛应用电子电位差计。通常,电子电位差计无论是新的或是修理后的,一般经检定合格后就投入车间生产使用。因此有的仪表使用时间不长,甚至不到几小时就发生故障。如工作者不能及时发现,将烧坏设备,或使整炉工件报废。这样的事故给生产造成很大的损失。所以经检定合格后的电子电位差计,都有必要做较长时间的试验借以考核仪表连续运行的稳定性,控制机构的灵敏性、准确性和可靠
