良好的开端是成功的一半。开好小班新生家长会,会让家长理解、配合、支持老师的工作,也是幼儿在园健康快乐幸福成长的基础。为此,我总是在暑假里就用心准备家长会所讲内容,在新生入园前几天召开家长会,与家长朋友诚心沟通,从而实现家园共育。下面谈一下我的做法。一、明确告诉家长应注意的事项1、按时送幼儿入园。一能养成幼儿良好的守时习惯;二能让幼儿完整参加班内的活动,不落下学习的东西,也不影响集体活动的开展;三能便于幼儿园及时锁上大门,确保安全。
