传承教育对于非遗保护和传统工艺的振兴至关重要。本文通过对上海市非物质文化遗产——海派黄杨木雕教育发展历程的分期探究,从教学目标、课程设置、师生规模、价值贡献等方面,展现海派黄杨木雕工艺发展鼎盛期的集体化阶段的教育模式演变,总结其人才培养经验,揭示该传统工艺的兴衰与人才培养之间的影响因素,得出结论:集体化的传承教育以及多元化的人才培养模式对于传统工艺的振兴具有借鉴意义。
Inheritance education is crucial to the revitalization of non-heritage conservation and traditional crafts. This article shows the stage of the collectivization of Shanghai wooden boxwood carving process from the aspects of teaching objectives, curriculums, scale of teachers and students, value contribution and so on through the periodical study of Shanghai intangible cultural heritage - the history of Shanghai wooden boxwood carving education. The evolution of education mode, summing up the experience of talent cultivation, revealing the factors that influence the rise and fall of the traditional craft and talent training, draw the conclusion that the collective inheritance education and diversified talent training mode have reference significance for the rejuvenation of traditional craft.
