佛手为柑桔属中枸橼类的一个变种,灌木状小乔木;一年多次开花,心室发育成指状,果实供药用;根系浅,须根发达,扦插繁殖易生根;性不耐寒。1973年我们发现以佛手作砧嫁接锦橙后,表现树冠矮化、结果早、丰产,果实成熟早、品质较好,觉得这是一个值得研究的苗头,决定对此进行试验。 试验在荣县青云公社张家大队二生产队
