安徽省是全国4个医改试点省之一,承担着为全国医改“走新路”“趟雷区”的重任。作为安徽省卫生计生委主任,于德志在本轮医改的实践中,运用其擅长于理性思维的强项,在制定改革措施、实施改革进程、推动改革发展的过程中,通过诸多的改革新思维,在安徽省这个硕大的舞台上,创造性地实施了一系列改革新举措,取得了良好的改革效果,为全国卫生改革提供了众多的经验和借鉴。
Anhui Province is one of the four provinces in the country where medical reform is carried out. It undertakes the important task of nationwide medical reform, “taking the new road” and “passing the minefields.” As the director of the Health and Family Planning Commission of Anhui Province, Yu Dezhi used his strengths in rational thinking during the current round of medical reform. Through his reform measures, the process of reform and the reform and development, .
