2007年,在我国中小通信企业的发展轨迹里,上市成为最大亮点,展讯、星辰等企业相继成功登陆资本市场。同样,西伯尔近期在新加坡完成上市也是我国中小通信企业在IPO之路上挣扎、冲刺的一个缩影。对于这类企业面临的资金短缺和管理亟待“升级”等问题,我们似乎都可以在它们的上市诉求中找到答案。在国内市场和“走出去”之间,在资本觉醒和上市冲动之间,中小通信企业正在步入发展拐点。
In 2007, the listing of small and medium-sized telecommunications enterprises in our country has become the biggest bright spot. Spreadtrum, Star and other enterprises have successfully landed in the capital market. Similarly, Siebel’s recent listing in Singapore is also a microcosm of the struggles and sprints of small and medium-sized telecommunications companies in their IPO. We seem to find answers to their listing requests for such businesses facing the shortage of funds and the urgent need of management “escalation.” Between the domestic market and “going out ”, between the awakening of capital and the impulse of listing, small and medium-sized telecommunications enterprises are entering the turning point.
