结合石太客运专线工程特点,特别是针对长大隧道内板式无砟轨道的施工,开展了CRTSⅠ型轨道板施工技术与工艺的研究以及配套装备的研制。施工实践证明,成套技术效果良好,施工质量满足相关标准的要求,其全自动水泥乳化砂浆搅拌车具有较大的创新性,鉴定认为技术水平达到了国际先进。
Combined with the engineering characteristics of Shitai Passenger Dedicated Line, especially for the construction of slab ballastless track in long tunnel, the research on CRTS Ⅰ track slab construction technology and technology as well as the development of supporting equipment are carried out. The construction practice has proved that the complete set of technical effects are good and the construction quality meets the requirements of relevant standards. The fully automatic cement emulsified mortar mixer has great innovation, and the appraisement shows that the technical level has reached the international advanced level.
