Alper提出辐射致细胞死亡的损伤类型有两种:N型(DNA)损伤和O型(Mem-brane)损伤。他并指出辐射致细胞核酸损伤总是伴随着膜的损伤。Konings和Trieling证实脂质过氧化作用致的膜损伤参与了辐射对DNA的抑制。此后,辐射脂质过氧化作用致的膜损伤已引起了放射工作者的广泛注意,研究日益增多。
Alper proposes that there are two types of radiation-induced cell death: N-type (DNA) damage and O-type (Mem-brane) damage. He also pointed out that radiation-induced cell damage is always accompanied by membrane damage. Konings and Trieling demonstrated that lipid peroxidation-induced membrane damage is involved in the inhibition of DNA by radiation. Since then, membrane damage caused by radiation lipid peroxidation has attracted wide attention of radiologists and research has increased.
